Matthew D. Epstein, AIA, is in his 6th year with Dynamic and has 34 years of experience in a broad range of building types, including Retail, Multi-family, and Office Buildings. Retail projects include two Community Shopping Centers and numerous Neighborhood Shopping Centers and Retail buildings for Dynamic. QSR’s and Convenience Stores include 7-Eleven, Tesoro, Valero, ARCO, Chevron extra mile, Shell, Sonic, Family Dollar, Ralphs, Food for Less and McDonalds. Residential work includes dozens of homes, hillside apartments, and two townhouse developments. Office building projects have been Class-A new construction. He has executed numerous award-winning projects in Southern California and Pennsylvania. Working closely with Dynamic’s Real Estate and Construction teams results in architecture which is crisp, practical, and fulfills the goals of the Development Team. Matt earned his bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Pomona College and his Master of Architecture degree from Carnegie Mellon in Pittsburgh. He holds Certifications from the Construction Specifications Institute in Construction Document Technology and Construction Contract Administration. He has been a board member of the San Fernando Valley Chapter of American Institute of Architects since 2005 and severed as President in 2016.
