Marissa is responsible for overseeing multiple projects across Dynamic’s entire portfolio from start to finish including: due diligence, design and project development, scheduling, budget management and consultant coordination. She has over 10 years of experience in retail and office real estate, with a focus on construction management. Prior to joining Dynamic, Marissa managed the completion of over 500,000 SF of tenant improvements at Savills Studley and helped facilitate the acquisition and redevelopment of underutilized properties for a privately held, fully integrated real estate development company. Along with her experience managing projects, Marissa has a keen eye for effective architecture and real estate functionality. Utilizing a hands-on and proactive approach, Marissa has ensured successful project completions and seamless transitions to an up-and-running business operation. Marissa received her Bachelors of Science in architectural studies from The University of Southern California and strives to advance her industry and community as a member of the ULI Young Leaders Group.
