Kelly has been with Dynamic for 8 years where she brought 13 years of development experience from her former employer, La Mancha Development Co. Kelly is responsible for managing Dynamic’s development pipeline, from entitlement to development design to permits. She manages and coordinates all of our front-end entitlement and permitting teams that include third party and internal folks. She works with the acquisitions team on initial due diligence to determine if a project is feasible and if so, then starting the entitlement process. Once entitlements are in hand, Kelly oversees and coordinates her various design teams in preparing and permitting construction documents. She also is interfaces with our most valued clients, our tenants whether it’s Starbucks, Chick-fil-A, 7-Eleven, Dollar General to review and confirm all landlord work and to coordinate our plans with theirs. She has overseen approximately 1.5 million square feet of retail, multifamily and mixed use developments. Kelly has been a licensed realtor in California since 2002 and an ICSC member since 2003. She has organized numerous women’s networking events in the industry and prides herself on the many productive real estate relationships she’s developed over the years. Kelly holds a BA in English Composition from the University of Kentucky.
