David has over 30 years of financial experience in the real estate industry. He first joined Dynamic as Chief Financial Officer in 1998. After a hiatus, during which he served as CFO of a Los Angeles affordable-housing developer, he returned to Dynamic as CFO in 2012, responsible for the organization’s entire financial operations. Under his direction, the finance and accounting departments handle accounting and financial reporting, corporate and project financing, loan administration, construction payment application and draw processing, human resources, information technology and tax compliance. David has curated long-standing relationships with Dynamic’s independent accountants, lending sources, title and escrow professionals, and consultants. He leverages these resources into financially secure projects that serve the needs and goals of Dynamic’s diverse stakeholders. David holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from San Diego State University and a law degree from Loyola Law School.
