As Dynamics VP of Acquisitions, Dan manages our client relationship and development business for the South and Midwest Regions. Dan brings 30 years of retail operations real estate experience to Dynamic, having worked with Mobil Oil, Exxon Mobil and more recently with 7-Eleven, Inc. Dan has an extensive network of retailers and brokers and brings valuable relationships and experiences to Dynamic. Vice President of Development for 7-Eleven, Dan oversaw all aspects of U.S. and Canada real estate development, field construction and U.S. franchising. Using his leadership, Dan propelled 7-Eleven’s store growth exponentially in North American from 2008 to 2014, a period of which he was responsible for 2,400 organic single store development and hundreds of acquisitions. As Dynamic’s Vice President of Acquisitions, Dan leads the team to expand the company’s retail development business beyond the West Coast to Texas. A Chicago native, Dan holds a bachelor’s of business degree from St. Norbert College and is a member of various industry groups, including the International Council of Shopping Centers.

A Chicago native, Dan has a bachelor’s of business degree from St. Norbert College and holds a California real estate license. He is a member of various industry groups, including the International Council of Shopping Centers. Dan supports his community widely and is the Treasurer and Board member for the Pagosa Multi-Purpose Pavilion in Pagosa Springs CO.
