Damon comes from a family that has been actively involved in architecture and real estate development for more than 40 years with projects ranging from small commercial complexes to multimillion-dollar, mixed-use developments.
Through his work with his father’s firm, Altoon & Porter Architects, Damon learned the importance of how great architecture can enhance a community. While with his father-in-law’s firm, La Mancha Development, he learned the value of pre-development planning, engineering and timely completion of a project.
Damon oversees all executive functions of Dynamic and works with clients to ensure a proposed development project meets the client’s requirements, and comes in on time and budget.
He is a graduate of The University of Southern California, a licensed General Contractor in California and Nevada and California Real Estate Broker.
